Delete your TV-DV account
Use this page to permanently delete your TV-DV account if you cannot access the TV app.
Deletion cannot be undone. Any TV currently signed into this account will lose account access.
What will be deleted
- Your TV-DV account and sign-in information.
- Devices registered to your TV-DV account.
- TV service/source information you chose to sync with your account.
- Saved credentials used by TV-DV to sync those sources between your devices.
- Your synchronized Live TV favorites, hidden channels, renamed channels and groups, and other channel customizations.
- Saved RSS feeds associated with your account.
- Other information stored specifically for your TV-DV account.
What stays on your devices
Deleting your TV-DV account does not automatically delete information stored only on your TV devices. This may include recordings, timeshift data, VOD watch history and resume positions, appearance preferences, and other device-specific settings.
You can remove this information directly from the device if you also want it deleted.
Third-party accounts and general programme information
Deleting your TV-DV account does not cancel or delete accounts or subscriptions you have with IPTV providers or other third-party services.
General TV, movie, and series information used by TV-DV may remain in TV-DV's shared metadata database because it is not linked to your personal account.
